	ABSTRACT:
		This program will test all logic functions of the TM03. Each subtest will attempt to isolate failures to the module level.

	HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
		PDP-11 with 8KW of memory, TM03 controller and one TU45.

		This program will test all tape drive functions such as write, read, rewind, tape positioning,
		EOT - BOT sensing and assumes a good RH and TM03.
		The program has no fixed parameters.
		The entire test plan is determined by the operator.

		This program will check both the logic generated time delays and the distances travelled by the tape.

		PDP-11 with 4KW of memory, TM03 controller and 1-8 TU45.

	OPERATING PROCEDURES:
		- load and start program at 200
		- set desired switches
		- answer the questions:
